A well-established, high-growth Microsoft Partner is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Principal Consultant to join its expanding ERP practice.

This is a confidential opportunity with a consultancy investing heavily in AI, automation, and the wider Microsoft ecosystem. The successful candidate will play a strategic role in delivering Business Central SaaS solutions while helping clients embrace Copilot, AI capabilities, and intelligent Agents.

The Role

You will lead full lifecycle ERP projects — from discovery and solution design through to go-live and ongoing optimisation. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll guide clients on process improvement, AI readiness, and technology strategy while building long-term partnerships.

This position suits an experienced BC Consultant ready to step into a more senior, influential role with leadership responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead end-to-end Business Central implementations

* Conduct business process analysis and identify optimisation opportunities

* Configure and tailor BC SaaS solutions aligned to client strategy

* Advise on AI readiness, Copilot, and automation strategies

* Work closely with developers on bespoke extensions and integrations

* Oversee data migration and user adoption

* Deliver stakeholder workshops and executive-level engagement

* Provide post-go-live support and strategic guidance

Required Experience

* Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Business Central

* Solid finance and core ERP process knowledge

* Confident discussing AI, Copilot, and automation at a strategic level

* Experience working within structured delivery methodologies

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

* Microsoft certifications highly desirable

* 2–5+ years’ experience in ERP consulting (Microsoft-focused preferred)
