Pay Rate: £16-£18ph
Shifts: 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00 / 22:00-06:00
Days: Monday-Friday

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Turret CNC Operative to join a dynamic team at our client's site based in Deeside. This role is crucial in supporting our production and assembly operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

* Setting and operating Turret and Amada CNC machinery

* Working with thin gauge materials typically between 0.7mm and 1.5mm mild steel & aluminium.

* Interpreting technical drawings to build various products and compare these against the technical spec

* Utilise CAD software for design modifications and updates as required.

* Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues related to mechanical operations and logic controllers.

* Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

* Experience with setting and operating Turret CNC is essential

* Previous experience working with sheet metal is essential

* Proven experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred.

* Capable of following processes and producing work that conforms to quality and safety standards

* Excellent problem-solving skills and logical thinking abilities.

* A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and processes within the role.
