German speaking Customer Service Representative
Location: Didcot – hybrid (3 days in the office and 2 days from home)
Salary: Circa £28,000 depending on experience and excellent benefits

The Company:
Well-established manufacturer and distributor with international links

Main duties:
To provide excellent customer service to business-to-business retailers

The role:
- Answer customer enquiries via telephone and email
- Offer customers guidance on products and online ordering process
- Monitor stock levels, order processing and keep customers updated on shipping status
- Process returns and issue refunds in a timely manner
- Admin duties as and when required

The candidate:
- Fluent in German (written and spoken) - Essential
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Dynamic, confident and motivated candidate
- IT literate

Salary: Circa £28,000 depending on experience and excellent benefits
