Tradewind Recruitment are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor / Classroom Supervisor to support a Good OFSTED-rated secondary school in Lancaster starting January 2026. Flexible working options are available, including day-to-day, part-time, and full-time roles.

What you'll do:

Supervise classes across KS3 & KS4 when teachers are absent

Follow lesson plans to ensure continuity of learning

Maintain high standards of behaviour and engagement

Support pupils to achieve their potential

Requirements:

Experience working in a school environment

Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

Professional references

Legal right to work in the UK
