As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of teaching and learning during the absence of regular teaching staff. Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support students during teacher absences, ensuring they remain engaged and focused on their work.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively, maintaining a positive and orderly learning environment.
Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects and year groups.
Provide feedback to the regular teaching staff on students' progress and behaviour.
