✅ What we’re looking for

A degree (any subject) OR proven experience working with young people and the confidence to lead a class

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Professional presence with the ability to adapt to different schools and classrooms

Experience in education, youth work, sports coaching, or tutoring is a bonus – but not essential
