Customer Service Executive

Location: Cheltenham
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000
Contract: Permanent | Full-Time

We are working with a well-established, people-focused business in Cheltenham who are looking to recruit a Customer Experience Executive to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-centric professional who enjoys being the key point of contact for clients and delivering consistently high service standards.

This role would suit someone with experience as a Customer Service Executive, Client Support Executive, Customer Success Coordinator, or Client Experience Advisor, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The Role:

As a Customer Experience Executive, you will play a key role in supporting customers throughout their journey, ensuring every interaction is efficient, professional, and positive.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing inbound customer calls and emails with clarity and confidence

Providing end-to-end customer and order support

Handling customer queries, returns, and low-level issues in a calm, solutions-focused manner

Liaising with internal teams, suppliers, and courier partners to ensure smooth service delivery

Maintaining accurate records using CRM and internal systems

Assisting with minor quote amendments and order updates

Contributing ideas to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience

About You:

Previous experience in a customer service, client support, or customer experience role

A confident, professional communicator with strong interpersonal skills

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Comfortable working with systems, processes, and customer databases

A positive team player who enjoys working in a supportive, people-led environment
