£14.21 per hour (AM Shift) | £16.24 per hour (PM Shift)

We are currently recruiting Production Workers for a well-established company based in Wellingborough. This is a permanent opportunity offering excellent pay and long-term career prospects.

Shifts Available:

AM Shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm OR 7:00am – 3:30pm

PM Shift: 2:00pm – 12:00am
Flexibility to work across these shifts is essential.

Pay Rates:

£14.21 per hour (AM shift)

£16.24 per hour (PM shift)

Job Duties:

Operating machinery on a busy production line

Assembling and inspecting products

Ensuring quality and safety standards are met

Working as part of a team to meet production targets
