Role: Receptionist

Rate of Pay: £13.73ph inclusive of holiday pay

This is a Temp to Perm role - Based in GILLINGHAM, DORSET only.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Platinum Recruitment are currently working with a well-known cosmetics brand, who are looking for a Receptionist to join their busy team ad the first point of contact at their site in Shaftesbury, Dorset.

Being the first point of contact for all visitors.
Administration tasks
Maintaining HR systems
Writing meeting notes
Use of all Microsoft Office packages
Answering all phone calls & email, resolving queries
Ensure all induction procedures are completed (visitor badges, signing in & out, emergency evacuation protocols)
Manage meeting room bookings , leadership lunches, stationary & locker keys
Creating monthly newsletters, keeping all training records up to date.
Assist with organising and coordinating travel arrangements & company events.
