What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting the planning and tracking of stock and inventory across multiple locations
- Ensuring pricing, stock levels, and product data are accurate in internal systems
- Helping to manage vendor relationships, including supporting promotions and offers
- Working closely with the finance team to monitor stock costs and credit notes
- Producing reports and analysing data to highlight trends and areas for improvement
- Supporting wider operational improvements and process development

What We're Looking For:
- Experience in an operations, supply chain, or coordination role
- A strong eye for detail and a structured, organised approach to work
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Comfortable working with data and systems (experience with an ERP like NetSuite is a bonus)
- A natural team player who enjoys solving problems and making things run more smoothly
