Are you an enthusiastic educator who loves helping students succeed? I'm offering 1:1 tutoring for secondary school students, supporting them to catch up, build confidence, and achieve their academic goals.
What I'm Looking For:
· Tutoring Experience: Confident teaching a variety of subjects such as Maths and English
· Teaching Background: QTS is preferred but not essential-experience in education or tutoring is a big plus!
· Flexible Availability: Part-time hours that fit your schedule, focused on improving student performance.
· Passion for Learning: A genuine desire to help students overcome challenges and thrive.
· Student-Centred Approach: Ability to adapt lessons to individual needs, boosting understanding and motivation.
Key Responsibilities:
· Deliver tailored 1:1 sessions to help students catch up and excel.
· Identify learning gaps and provide targeted support.
· Track progress and adjust lessons for continuous improvement.
· Create a positive, encouraging learning environment.
