Description
● Support recruiters and stakeholders to provide an exceptional candidate experience by delivering a seamless recruitment process ● Build trusted relationships with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates ● Manage all aspects of interview scheduling across the team, this is often high volume so you'll need to be comfortable handling multiple requests ● Create and issue employment contracts within an agreed SLA ● Process new starters through our Applicant Tracking System; Workday and manage all new starter communications up to their first day ● Process and monitor background checks for all new starters via our third-party partner
Profile
● You'll have exceptional organisational skills, are comfortable managing multiple workloads and able to prioritise your own workload ● You'll be an excellent communicator and able to build good relationships with colleagues and candidates ● You pay close attention to detail and care about providing error-free work ● You're a great team player and are always willing to get involved and support colleagues when times get busy ● You can stay calm and focused whilst managing multiple priorities
Job Offer
