Business Development Executive
? Hybrid (2 days/week in Bristol) ? Full-Time
Are you a natural communicator with a passion for helping organisations grow through training & development?
Main Responsibilities:
Proactively generate new business opportunities by engaging decision-makers within nurseries & early years settings.
Identify apprenticeship recruitment opportunities & support employers in meeting their training needs.
Build & maintain strong relationships with clients, converting one-time customers into regular partners while cross-selling our full range of programmes.
Develop a database of local authority contacts & manage procurement windows to ensure regional funding access.
Represent the company at sector-specific networking events within your region.
Conduct quarterly market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitors, opportunities, & risks.
Maintain accurate sales pipelines & monthly forecasts
About You - Person Specification:
A confident & persuasive communicator with strong phone skills & a knack for building rapport.
Excellent written communication, capable of producing detailed, compelling sales proposals.
Proven track record of meeting & exceeding sales KPIs.
Driven, ambitious, & resilient - you're motivated by success & long-term career growth.
Knowledge of apprenticeships & early years education is a plus, but not essential.
