We are a leading provider of care and support services for adults with learning disabilities in the Warwick area. We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Registered Manager to join our team and lead a new supported living service for adults with learning disabilities.
Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the supported living service, ensuring the highest quality of care and support is provided to service users.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and external stakeholders.
*
Manage and support a team of care staff, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and equipped to provide high-quality care.
*
Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.
*
Develop and implement care plans and risk assessments for service users, ensuring they are person-centred and reviewed regularly.
*
Manage the budget and resources of the service, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value for money.
*
Collaborate with other professionals and agencies to provide holistic care and support for service users.
Requirements:
*
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
*
Proven experience in a managerial role within a supported living or similar setting.
*
Knowledge and understanding of the needs of adults with learning disabilities.
*
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with service users and external stakeholders.
*
Experience in budget management and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
*
Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in challenging situations.
*
Flexibility to work on a rota basis, including evenings and weekends as required.
