Description
Manage the full purchase ledger cycle, including checking, coding, and processing invoices, expenses, and credit card transactions
Ensure accurate VAT treatment of invoices
Process client payments in a timely and accurate manner
Perform regular bank reconciliations
Prepare and submit VAT returns
Record purchase ledger-related journals using NetSuite
Monitor and respond to queries in the Purchase Ledger inbox
Provide timely and accurate ad-hoc financial analysis
Handle cheque banking for client accounts
Ensure sufficient cash flow to meet payment obligations
Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives
Support the Finance Manager with month-end and general accounting tasksProfile
Knowledge and Experience:
1-3 years' experience in a central finance function
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with the following systems is a plus but not required:
NetSuite
