Rate: £280-£300 per day 

We are working with a dynamic, well-respected contractor who work with a variety of blue chip companies on new build and refurbishment projects. They’ve asked us to source a Site Manager with a civils bias to oversee the delivery of a new service yard – taking the site from brownfield to handover with works consisting of site remediation, drainage, infrastructure.

Site Manager Requirements:

Experience of civils / infrastructure projects

You’ll need to hold a valid SMSTS & First Aid – CSCS would be advantageous.

Managing programme to ensure strict milestone are achieved

Demonstrate the ability to oversee multiple specialist subcontractors

Implementation of Health and Safety policy
