What You’ll Be Doing
Home Setup & Quality Assurance
* Work collaboratively with the Responsible Individual to establish and develop a brand-new home
* Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, therapeutic environment
* Ensure full compliance with Ofsted, statutory guidance, and internal policies
* Oversee all daily operations, safeguarding practices, and regulatory requirements
* Maintain exceptional standards of documentation, reporting, and care delivery
* Build effective relationships with local authorities to ensure positive placement matching
Leadership & Team Development
* Provide strong, supportive leadership to your team
* Conduct regular supervision and manage staff performance
* Oversee rotas, professional development, and ongoing training
* Foster a culture of accountability, compassion, and continuous improvement
* Demonstrate flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
What We’re Looking For
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
* Previous experience managing or deputising within a children’s residential setting
* Strong understanding of Ofsted requirements and safeguarding practices
* A genuine passion for achieving the best outcomes for young people
* Confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills
