Job Title: MOT Technician
Location: Leamington Spa
Salary: £35,000 Basic
OTE: £37,500 – £39,500
Hours: Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week

Fully qualified MOT Technician (Class 4)
Level 3 Vehicle Technician qualification (or equivalent) – essential for any MOT Technician
Solid experience in diagnostics, servicing, and repairs as a working MOT Technician
Previous main dealership experience preferred but not essential
Attention to detail and strong teamwork – key traits of a successful MOT Technician
Up-to-date MOT licence required to work as an MOT Technician
Positive attitude and strong communication skills – ideal for a customer-facing MOT Technician
