Duties

* Oversee and manage the daily operations of the site

* Develop and implement strategies to achieve site goals and objectives

* Supervise and provide guidance to site staff, including training and performance evaluations

* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

* Provide comprehensive reports to the Project Manager

* Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise at the site

* Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to standards
