About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team working on a social housing contract in Leeds. This is a temporary position through an agency, offering immediate start and consistent work.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out general grounds maintenance tasks including grass cutting, hedge trimming, strimming, and litter picking.
Maintain communal outdoor areas to a high standard.
Operate machinery and tools safely and effectively.
Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures at all times.
Requirements

Previous experience in grounds maintenance or similar outdoor work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Full UK driving licence preferred (not always essential).
