In this Clinical Lead position you will be working within a highly-respected independent home rated ‘Good’ in every category with the CQC, which currently offers care to 27 elderly residents. You will be joining a dedicated and compassionate team that has both your personal and professional development at heart.

In this Clinical Lead role, you will:
Oversee clinical standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Lead and mentor nursing and care teams to deliver exceptional care.
Ensure all care plans and clinical documentation meet high standards and CQC requirements.
Support and develop staff through supervision, training, and appraisal.
Maintain a visible presence on the floor and provide hands-on clinical support.
Liaise effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
The ideal Clinical Lead candidate will have:
Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN.
Previous experience in a care home environment.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current care standards.
Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership abilities.
A passion for providing person-centred care.
