As Salon Manager, you’ll lead from the front, shaping culture, driving commercial success and delivering exceptional client experiences that change lives. What’s in it for you:

Starting salary of £40,000 pa
10% uncapped commission on individual sales after three months
Monday to Friday working pattern, 37.5 hours per week - with occasional Saturdays when a day off   in the week would apply

As Salon Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

Leading day to day operations of the London hair replacement site while delivering a consistently outstanding customer journey
Driving sales performance, profitability and business growth through commercial insight
Managing, coaching and developing a high performing team of stylists
Building strong relationships with NHS hospitals, charities and medical partners
Overseeing operational standards including budgeting, payroll, stock, health and safety and GDPR compliance
 
We’d love to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

Professional hairdressing qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
Proven experience managing a hairdressing salon or similar client focused environment
Strong leadership, coaching and people management capability
Commercial awareness with the ability to drive targets and performance
Exceptional customer service, communication skills and business planning, marketing and finance insight
 
Experience within the hair loss industry is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
