What You’ll Be Doing

As our Territory Sales Manager, you’ll be right at the heart of our business — growing sales, strengthening partnerships, and discovering new opportunities. You’ll be out in the field (and on the phone), meeting customers, understanding their needs, and making sure our products are their first choice every time.

Your day-to-day will include:
? Growing existing accounts and maximizing profitability
? Hunting down and winning exciting new business opportunities
? Developing and executing action plans that drive growth
? Building long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers
? Analysing sales data and trends to stay one step ahead
? Negotiating smart pricing and joint business plans
? Keeping on top of debt collection and cash flow targets
? Preparing reports and sharing insights that make a real impact

What You’ll Bring

We’re after a confident, ambitious go-getter who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves and make things happen.

✔️ At least 2 years’ FMCG sales experience – Foodservice experience is a big plus
✔️ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship skills
✔️ A proven ability to hit (and exceed!) targets
✔️ Self-motivation and the drive to work independently
✔️ Solid IT skills (Microsoft Office & CRM systems)
