As a Cover Supervisor within CAT, you will play a crucial role in upholding the trust's high standards by ensuring the continuity of learning and a positive, disciplined environment during short-term teacher absences.
Your Role and Responsibilities:

Supervise classes and confidently deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects and year groups (Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4).
Effectively manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies, fostering an environment of mutual respect.
Ensure that students remain engaged and on-task, supporting them to achieve their potential.
Provide clear and timely feedback to the regular class teacher.
