Join a market-leading construction company as their new Marketing Executive, you’ll play a hands-on role in driving their marketing and client engagement strategy across all touchpoints—digital, print, face-to-face and beyond.

What You’ll Be Doing
Partnering with the Marketing Manager, you’ll roll up your sleeves to:
* Bring the brand to life across campaigns, collateral, digital content, and video.
* Plan and deliver stand-out marketing activities in line with their strategic goals.
* Execute and evaluate multi-channel campaigns that engage, inform, and convert—then improve them based on performance metrics.
* Own events and exhibitions from planning to live-streaming and post-event content.
* Enhance their website and digital channels, driving functionality and user experience.
* Script and produce engaging materials—from brochures and videos to presentations and internal comms.
* Support powerful PR activity
* Collaborate with creatives and suppliers to keep all materials sharp and on-brand.
* Work closely with Sales and Product teams to shape messaging and uncover promotional opportunities.
* Deliver smart email campaigns and newsletters using Salesforce Engagement.
* Own our CRM data hygiene, ensuring marketing insights are built on accurate, up-to-date information.
* Report on campaign performance using Salesforce and B2B analytics—and make recommendations that move the needle.
What You’ll Bring
Experience & Expertise
* 3+ years in a marketing role with proven success in campaign planning and execution.
* Strong grasp of marketing tools like Mailchimp, CMS, CRM platforms (Salesforce a big plus), Photoshop, PowerPoint, and video editing software.
* Solid understanding of digital-first marketing and content strategy.
Nice to Have
* Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and data segmentation.
* Familiarity with NBS and Glenigan integration into CRM systems.
* A degree in Marketing or a related field.
* Comfort with technical information and turning it into digestible content
