Regional Property Manager / Regional Block Manager - (non-portfolio) - Fully home based (South East Region) - c£55k

We’re working with one of the larger managing agents who are looking to hire an additional fully home based regional property manager / regional block manager as follows:

* Working fully home based (no requirement to manage a portfolio)

* Overseeing 6 x Property Managers / Block Managers, providing technical guidance and advice where required relating to complex major works, escalated resident complaints, mobilisations and any client queries/requests

* Region spreads from Herts to Kent, taking in London, so you can be based anywhere within and will spend time visiting Property Managers (and sites/clients) in their territories as required

* Reporting back to head office with regards to staff and portfolio performance

The suitable Senior Property Manager / Senior Block Manager will have:

* Staff Management experience (at least 6 direct reports)

* 5-10 years property management (block) experience, with a stable career history throughout (demonstrating clear progression)

* Extensive Leasehold Management expertise, with a thorough understanding of all current and evolving laws, amendments and regulations, including H&S / Fire Risk

* Excellent client and resident facing skills, with the ability to explain technical/legal matters, handle complaints, diffuse heated situations and retain sites through outstanding customer/client care

* Ideally a recognised industry qualification

The successful Regional Property Manager / Regional Block Manager can expect a starting basic salary of £50k plus £5k car allowance and extensive benefits.
