Are you an experienced 360 Senior Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Consultant who is looking for a new challenge or looking for the next step in your career?

My client is a small independent recruiter and due to continued growth, they now have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team based in their busy Mansfield office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a small established independent agency, that can offer a great work/life balance and if required the successful candidate can work from home one day per week .

Benefits:

Fantastic 28K to 32K basic per annum basic (DOE)

Superb, uncapped commission

Work from home one day per week when required

29 days holiday (28 days + birthday)

Straight permanent role

Established Industrial and Logistics temp desk or grow and develop a perms desk in your specialist sector where you have had success

Early finish on a Friday (Subject to business needs)

Job Responsibilities:

* Full 360 Recruitment Consultant role supplying temporary workers into the Industrial or Logistics sector's, via Business development and marketing techniques, sales/cold calls and networking to gain new business

* Or growing and developing a perms desk within your specialist sector when you have had success

* Exceed sales targets and weekly branch budgets

* Building relationships with clients through understanding of recruitment needs

* Account management

* Ensuring clients are well serviced and maintained

* Arranging meetings with new and existing clients

* Attracting candidates by drafting and placing adverts via online job boards

* Source, screen, interview, evaluate candidates and complete reference checks

* Matching workers to vacancies

* Rotating on call duties required

* These are warm desks in the Industrial and Logistics sectors, or the successful candidate can grow and develop their own sector division within perms

Technical Knowledge / Qualifications:

* Successful business development skills

* Account management skills

* Proven record of success in B2B

* Target driven

* Excellent level of customer service

* Must be articulate and enthusiastic

* A self-starter with the desire to progress within their career

* 12 months experience in sales / recruitment is essential.

* Ideally, previous experience within the Industrial or Commercial recruitment sector's is advantageous

* Knowledge of the Mansfield/Nottinghamshire area would be advantageous.

* Own transport is essential for this role
