Hours: Monday – Friday - Days

We are looking for a fully qualified electrician to join our team. You will be working across commercial sites, carrying out electrical and multi-skilled maintenance and ensuring all work is delivered to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities for electrician role:

* Electrical maintenance – high and low voltage

* Building services maintenance, lighting, alarm systems

* AHU and FCU maintenance

* Rewiring and power installations

* Planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive repairs

* Multi-skilled maintenance across sites

Qualifications needed for the electrician role.

* Fully qualified electrician (City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3)

* Ideally 2391 testing and inspection or equivalent

* Niciec or qualified supervisor / QS background

* Experience with 17th/18th Edition wiring regulations

* Maintenance experience in commercial environments, ideally with a service provider

* Multi-skilled maintenance experience a plus

* Full UK driving licence

* Strong communication skills and professional approach
