Tradewind Recruitment is recruiting for Behaviour Mentors to work across a variety of educational settings in Newham, including secondary schools, SEMH provisions, and alternative education. This is an excellent opportunity to support pupils who require behavioural, emotional or mental health support in their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the emotional and behavioural development of students, both 1:1 and in small groups.

Help implement positive behaviour interventions and routines.

Foster a safe, structured and supportive learning environment.

Act as a role model, promoting respect, resilience, and responsibility.
Ideal Candidate:

Background in youth work, mentoring, teaching support, or care.

Comfortable working with students with SEMH or behavioural difficulties.

Ability to remain calm, patient, and consistent in challenging situations.
