I'm working with a growing, independent civil and structural engineering consultancy with a great reputation across South Wales and the South West. They've built strong, long-term relationships with a broad mix of clients in the residential, commercial, and education sectors - and are now looking to strengthen their Cardiff team with a Senior or Principal Civil Engineer.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to have a real voice in the direction of a team, contribute to project delivery and business development, and help shape the future of a growing office.

What they're looking for:

A degree-qualified Civil Engineer with strong consultancy experience

A background in drainage and highway design (SuDS, S104, S278, S38)

Strong working knowledge of Site 3D, Civil 3D and MicroDrainage/InfoDrainage

Confident communicator, able to lead projects and engage with clients

Keen to mentor junior engineers and play a role in developing the team
