On offer is the chance to become a fundamental asset to the team. You will play a key role in commercial growth by overseeing projects from initiation through to completion, maintaining project plans, and monitoring budgets, progress and timelines to ensure successful completion.

The Role:

Assist with the management of assigned projects from initiation through to completion
Able to be hands on and help with small works
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure timely and efficient project execution
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation
Ensure all work is carried out in line with company standards, client requirements, and health & safety regulations
Support pricing, estimation, and tender submissions for new worksThe Person:

Background in the construction or building services industry
