Key Responsibilities

* Operate shredding and recycling equipment safely.

* Collect, empty, and replace factory bins and recycling containers.

* Mix and batch liquid materials following instructions.

* Operate a forklift (counterbalance/reach) to move and load materials.

* Maintain good housekeeping and follow all H&S procedures.

* Work effectively as part of a two-person team.

About You

* Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance).

* Experience in a factory, recycling, or manufacturing environment preferred.

* Physically fit with good manual handling awareness.

* Team player with a positive, safety-first attitude.

What's on Offer

* £13.22 per hour

* Rotating Monday-Friday shifts (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm)

* Overtime opportunities

* Full PPE and training provided
