Nursery Manager - Watford
£17-£20 per hour

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Nursery Manager to lead a well-established nursery in Watford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident early years professional looking for a rewarding leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the nursery

Ensure high-quality care and education in line with EYFS standards

Manage, support, and motivate staff

Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and compliance at all times

Build positive relationships with parents, staff, and external agencies

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager

Relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above)

Strong knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted requirements

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willing to apply
(DBS cost refunded after 20 working days)

Excellent leadership and communication skills
