Location: Walsall (Onsite / Workshop-Based)
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 basic (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday | No travel | No on-call

We’re working with a well-established business in Walsall looking to recruit a Power Tool & Lawn Mower Repair Engineer to join their onsite workshop team.

This is a hands-on role focused on the repair and servicing of power tools and lawn mowers. A strong mechanical background is essential; electrical training will be provided for the right candidate.

The Role

Repair, service, and fault-find on power tools and lawn mowers

*

Mechanical strip-downs, rebuilds, and diagnostics

*

Workshop-based repairs and testing

*

Maintaining high safety and quality standards

*

Recording work completed and parts used

The Ideal Candidate

*

Mechanical engineering background essential

*

Experience with power tools, lawn mowers, small engines, plant, automotive, or similar equipment

*

Electrical experience beneficial but not essential

*

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

*

Reliable, hands-on engineer seeking a stable, long-term role
