Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a popular local authority based in Leicestershire who are seeking a Childcare Paralegal to join their team.

This role pays a competitive rate of:
Umbrella rate - £25-£30ph depending on experience.
PAYE (inc.Hol) - £22.51 - £26.9ph depending on experience

This role is on a Hybrid basis and on a 3-month contract with potential to extend.

Responsibilities as a Childcare Paralegal:

To provide assistance to the solicitor dealing with the case
Attendance at child protection case conferences in appropriate cases
Dealing with caseload from start to completion regarding childcare lawAbout you as a Childcare Paralegal:

Experience of a familiarity with legal documentation and language and of drafting the same
Experience of drafting letters and reports
Experience of attending court with counsel and taking notes of hearingsBenefits:
