Machine Technician – Milton Keynes
Salary: £32,000–£35,000 DOE + overtime
Shifts: 4 on/4 off (Days 6am–6pm / Nights 6pm–6am)
Location: Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire

Are you a hands-on, detail-oriented technician looking to join a dynamic manufacturing team? We are seeking Machine Technicians to ensure our moulding machines and ancillary equipment run smoothly, maintaining high-quality production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and service moulding machines, performing adjustments and minor repairs within your level of competence.

Monitor product quality at packing stations, checking for visual faults and weight, and complete accurate documentation.

Ensure raw material supply continuity and report any issues before production is impacted.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation around machinery and work areas.

Skills & Experience:

Experience setting up or operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.

Mechanical knowledge or hands-on maintenance experience.

Ability to work as part of a team and a strong desire to learn new skills.

Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
