An inclusive, forward-thinking primary school in Ealing is looking to appoint a dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. This is a fantastic long-term role with the opportunity to continue into the new academic year from September.
About the Role:
Full-time SEN Teaching Assistant position in a mainstream primary setting
Providing one-to-one and small group support for pupils with additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health needs
Assisting in the delivery of tailored learning plans and targeted interventions
Supporting class teachers in creating an inclusive, engaging classroom environment
Working closely with the SENCO and wider pastoral team

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Strong, proven experience supporting children with special educational needs in a primary school setting
A compassionate, adaptable, and proactive approach
A genuine passion for working within inclusive education
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Relevant SEN training or qualifications (desirable but not essential)
Start Date: Immediate
Location: Ealing
Contract: Full-time, long-term (with potential to continue in September)
