HRGO Recruitment are recruiting a Packing Line Leader, to join a leading logistics company based in Harworth, S81. This role offers a fantastic career opportunity for the right candidate within a well-established business.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and supervise a team of line operatives
Ensure production targets and quality standards are met
Monitor line performance and address issues proactively
Complete line paperwork and production reports accurately
Maintain compliance with Health & Safety and hygiene standards
Work closely with other departments to improve processesRequirements:

Previous experience in a similar Line Leader or Supervisor role
Strong understanding of co-packing or FMCG environments
Good communication and organisational skills
A hands-on approach and positive attitude
