Key Responsibilities:
* Technical Support: Assist customers with technical queries, escalating as needed while maintaining responsibility for customer interaction.
* Quotation Management: Pre-qualify requests for quotations, produce timely and accurate quotes using standard email templates, and ensure all relevant team members are informed.
* Order Processing: Accurately key new orders, notify customers of acceptance and expected delivery, and monitor existing orders for any changes.
* Support Sales Initiatives: Assist external sales with telesales efforts and other initiatives, and take ownership of assigned accounts.
* Customer-Focused: Excellent at responding to and managing customer interactions.
