Teaching Assistant (Primary)

We’re looking for a dedicated teaching assistant to join a friendly and inclusive primary school in Enfield, supporting pupils from Reception through to Year 6.

The role
• Work across various year groups, supporting both classes in the year
• Deliver interventions and booster sessions for both lower and higher attaining pupils
• Provide 1:1 and small group support, especially for children with special educational needs
• Assist with general classroom duties and contribute to a stimulating learning environment
• Collaborate with teachers and the SEN team to ensure all pupils make progress
• Adapt your approach to meet the needs of a diverse cohort

What we’re looking for
• Experience working in a primary school or with children (desirable but not essential)
• Excellent spoken and written English, able to communicate clearly with children, staff, and families
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and ready to take initiative in a busy school setting
• Flexible and happy to work with any year group from Reception to Year 6
• A genuine commitment to supporting children of all abilities and backgrounds
