Site Manager – Perry Barr, Birmingham – School Fitout

Our client is a main-contractor who specialise in internal refurbishments, fitouts and roofing works, and they are looking for a Site Manager to deliver an 5 week school fitout in Peterborough starting in July.

PManager will be expected to:

* Liase with the Project Manager daily

* Run weekly meetings

*

Coordinate/ book all trades

Skills/ Qualifications required:

SMSTS & CSCS Card

*

MUST have enhanced DBS (taken within the last 3 years)

*

First Aid Certificate

*

Previous School/College/Nursery Fitout experience
