We are looking for a Park Warden to join a dynamic and motivated team at an award winning, luxury lodge park in South Devon.
 
This is a full time, permanent role which will involve supporting the other Park Wardens, the Park GM, guests and holiday home owners, whilst also contributing to the day-to-day operation of the Park.

This includes various caravan, lodge and chalet repairs, plumbing-in new units and ensuring that the Park and grounds are maintained and presented to the highest possible standards.

The successful candidate should possess the following attributes:

Enjoy working as part of a team as well as on their own
Good knowledge and experience of plumbing and general repairs and maintenance
Swimming pool plant operations
High level of inter-personal skills and a good communicator
Self-motivated and flexible with a positive attitude
Focussed on delivering a high standard of work
A ‘hands on’ approach and ‘can do’ attitude for day to day issues
Able to adapt quickly to situations as they arise with a sense of urgency
Organised, hardworking and conscientious
Great attention to detail
Provide Out of Hours Support cover
Previous holiday park experience desirable but not essential
