Administrative Assistant
Location: Plymouth, Devon

Hours: 36.25 hours per week (Flexible working may be available)
Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum, dependent on experience
Hawk 3 Talent Solutions, operating as an employment agency, are currently recruiting for a Administrative Assistant to join our clients team in Plymouth to provide support to Partners.
The role:
Provide adhoc accounts, administration and secretarial support for the Partners, Directors and Managers of the office
Managing meeting room diaries, room set ups and close downs
Meeting, greeting, arranging parking and refreshments for clients
Answering phones, main switchboard, and intercom
Directing calls, and taking and passing on messages accurately and efficiently.
Handling and dealing with daily post, filing, and communicating.
Handling and dealing with the main Plymouth office email inbox and distributing emails to the right contacts.
Taking payments from clients over the phone or in person.
Maintaining office petty cash receipts and payments
Ensuring office supplies are up to date, made and items in stock.
Contacting client to perform checks and updating internal systems with information
About you:
Previous experience in an Administration role
BTEC / Apprenticeship in Administration or similar would be desirable
Able to multitask well
Efficient and accurate typing skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
