Your day to day will include:
* Leading and inspiring a vibrant front-of-house team across Reception, F&B, and Spa Reception
* Delivering exceptional service and warm welcomes for every guest
* Training, mentoring and supporting your team to shine
* Managing rotas, staffing levels and shift patterns in line with business needs and budgets
* Offering guidance and local knowledge to guests with a smile
* Promoting hotel services and upselling where appropriate
* Ensuring a seamless guest journey from arrival to departure
You will be:
* A confident communicator with a natural flair for customer service
* Calm under pressure and quick to adapt in dynamic situations
* Hands-on, proactive and happy to work alongside your team
* Organised and capable of managing schedules, people and priorities
* Enthusiastic about delivering memorable guest experiences
Ideal experience:
* Supervisory or managerial experience in a hotel, restaurant, bar or leisure environment
* A great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important – personality matters!
