TAG Construction Ltd is actively hiring CPCS Blue Slinger Operatives for a major civil engineering project in the Midlands. We are looking for experienced and qualified professionals to support critical lifting operations on site, ensuring safety, efficiency, and excellent coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with crane operators to safely  move materials around the site.

Direct crane operations using hand signals, radio communication, or signaling devices.

Ensure all materials are properly rigged and secured before any lifting takes place.

Maintain clear, consistent communication with the construction team.

Comply with all health & safety procedures and maintain a clean, organised working area.

Requirements

CPCS Blue Card – Slinger/Signaller certification (essential)

CSCS  Card (essential)

Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience within the UK 

Strong knowledge of lifting operations and rigging techniques

Proficient in using hand signals and radio communication systems

High attention to detail and a strong commitment to health and safety

Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
