We are working with a well-established SEN school in Lambeth Borough that is looking to recruit several experienced and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants for long-term roles starting in September 2025. These positions are temp-to-perm, offering the opportunity to secure a permanent role within a supportive and specialist setting.

The school caters to a range of complex needs across provision, so experience in SEN environments is essential. Candidates should be confident in supporting students with a variety of learning and behavioural needs. Training in British Sign Language (BSL) would be a strong advantage, though not required.

This is a fantastic opportunity for those passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children with additional needs.

Requirements:

Proven experience working with children or young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)

Previous experience in a specialist SEND school or similar educational setting

*

British Sign Language (BSL) training - preferred

Team Teach or equivalent behaviour management training - preferred

*

A valid, enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service
