Salary: M4-M6 + TLR2 (£3,391) - competitive and dependent on experience
Reeson Education is delighted to be supporting a forward-thinking and inclusive primary school in North Manchester in their search for an experienced Primary Teacher to join the team from September 2025. This is a Primary Teacher position with added responsibility and a generous TLR, designed for someone who has been teaching in the UK for at least three years and is ready for the next step in their career.
This Primary Teacher role will be full-time, offered on a temp-to-perm basis, for the right candidate. The exact year group and key stage are yet to be finalised and will be matched to the strengths and preferences of the successful Primary Teacher.
About the Role - Primary Teacher:
Year group/key stage flexible depending on experience
Includes TLR2 responsibility for leading areas of school improvement
Opportunity to lead or develop areas such as PE, EAL provision, or AI integrationAbout You - Primary Teacher:
Must hold QTS and have a minimum of three years' UK classroom experience
Strong understanding of inclusive practice, with experience supporting pupils with SEND and EAL
A Primary Teacher with a genuine passion for raising standards and nurturing all learners
An adaptable, solution-focused mindset with a commitment to whole-school improvement
Able to lead by example and contribute positively to school culture
