What we’re looking for in an Employment Lawyer:
Extensive PQE ideal, but strong junior lawyers and NQs with the right drive will be considered.
Experience in respondent employment law, ideally with exposure to complex or high-value matters.
Down-to-earth, collaborative, and passionate about employment law.
Ready to work closely with colleagues and HR directors, sharing ownership of client relationships.
