Job description
We are a well-established gas and heating services company based in the Midlands, seeking experienced and reliable self-employed Gas Engineers to join our growing team on a subcontract basis. You will be responsible for carrying out a range of domestic gas works including boiler installations, servicing, maintenance, and repairs.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a professional and supportive company with consistent workflow across the Midlands.
Key Responsibilities:
* Installation of domestic gas boilers and heating systems
* Servicing and repairing domestic boilers and gas appliances
* Performing landlord gas safety checks (CP12s)
* Diagnosing faults and providing effective solutions
* Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and customer service
* Completing required documentation and certificates in a timely manner
Requirements:
Certifications:
* Gas Safe Registration (active and in date)
* Public Liability Insurance – Minimum £2 million cover
* Full UK Driving Licence
Tools & Equipment:
* Full set of hand tools
* Smartphone or tablet for job reporting and documentation
* PPE and workwear (company branding optional)
