Role Overview
As a Care Manager, you will:
Lead and mentor Supervisors and Home Care Assistants
Conduct care assessments, reviews, and working supervisions
Act as a first point of contact for urgent care or staff support
Build trusted relationships with clients and their families
Support the Registered Manager in business growth and compliance
Deliver person-centred, high-quality care across the service
What We’re Looking For
QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
Supervisory experience in a domiciliary care setting
Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills
Strong understanding of care values, CQC standards, and safeguarding
Confident using scheduling software and digital systems
A compassionate, professional, and solution-focused mindset
